MY ORDERS

How Do i placed my Order ??

To place your order, follow these steps :
>> Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size and colour, if applicable.
>> Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button to add this product yo your cart or click Buy now to go directly to Checkout
>> After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
>> Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method. You can now Place your order either via whatsapp.
>> On successfully placing your order, our Customer support would take you through the payment process and confirm your order.

How Will i know that My Order is placed Successfully ??

>> Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation call/message with details of your order.
>> You’ll receive another message once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive! We also share your tracking ID with you so that you don't miss the delivery and keep track of your order

How do i Receive My Order ??

>> We have tied up with several reputed courier companies, and also You can check our Courier Company in top left hand corner section so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 2-3 business days depending on where you live.
>> All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in perfect condition.

How should i Check the Status of my Order ??

We share your tracking ID within 2-3 hours of order confirmation. You can use this Tracking ID to keep track of your order and know exactly where your favourite product is. To track your order

Is It Safe to shop online if i Make Payment Using Net Banking, Debit Card, Or Credit Card ??

All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.

Are There Any Hidden Charges ??

There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any of our products- what you see is what you pay.

What Should i Do if My payments Fails ??

In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 5-6 business days. For any further clarification, you can Whatspp US the Payment Failure Details

Is There Any Additional Charge For COD Orders ??

Yes, we charge a flat ₹ 200 per COD order. This amount needs to be paid in advance. Your COD orders are only confirmed after this amount has cleared in our bank account.

How Long Will it take to Deliver My order ??

Orders once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.)..

Are there any additional shipping charges ??

Electronics Gadgets provides FREE shipping for all orders irrestective of the price. A shipping charge of ₹ 200 is payable only on COD orders.

What if My order is Undelivered ??

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund  or Will Send the Parcel Again as soon as the product is returned by the courier paertner.

RETURN POLICY

What are the terms of Return policy ??

Customers can return their order within 5 days after an order has been delivered.
In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at Whatsapp  and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided into your bank account
Eligibility criteria
1) You need to record a small video while opening the package for the first time. The video has to be clear and uncut. Without you sending the video to our support team, we would not be able to process any replacements or refunds.
2) You must return your product within 5 days of the product being delivered. Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition.
3) Mismatch in size or the fact that you don't like the product even though it is the exact same as shown in pictures/videos will not be eligible for replacements/refunds.

What if i do not like the product ??

In case the product you received does not match with the description associated with it, you are entitled to claim for refund or replacement within 5 days of receiving the order. In case of COD orders, if you return a product, we pay back the full product price but the COD charges paid in advance will not be refunded.
