1. Eligibility & Service Policy

• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. Ordering & Payment (WhatsApp Only)

• Catalog Use: This website is a catalog to add products to your cart. All final order confirmations happen via WhatsApp.

• Payment Method: All payments must be made through WhatsApp. No direct payments are accepted on this website.

• Payment Structure: You may pay for the products first to reserve them, but the order will only be dispatched after the shipping charges are paid in full.

3. Shipping Policy (Calculated Post-Packing)

Shipping is not free. Charges are determined by the final weight of the parcel after it is packed and must be paid before dispatch.

• Parcel Weight < 5 KG: ₹80 per kg.

• Parcel Weight ≥ 5 KG: ₹45 per kg.

4. No Return & No Refund Policy

• Strict Policy: We follow a Strict No Return and No Refund policy.

• Change of Mind: Refunds or replacements will not be issued based on personal preferences or a change of mind after the order is processed.

5. Claims & Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect against errors, the following protocol is mandatory for all claims:

• Unboxing Video: You must record a clear, continuous, and unedited video of the parcel being opened, starting from the sealed label.

• Mistake Validation: If there is a mistake from our side (wrong or missing item), we will only consider the claim if a valid unboxing video is provided.

• Resolution: Once the video is verified, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

6. Accuracy of Information & Pricing

• Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• Errors: Occasionally, our site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these errors at any time.

• Reliance: The content on this site is provided for general information only; please confirm all details via WhatsApp before making critical decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Service Quality: We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
