Reduced Risk for Buyers: With COD, buyers can inspect the product before paying, reducing the risk of receiving damaged or incorrect items.
Liquidity Constraints: COD accommodates customers who may not have sufficient funds available until delivery.
 
THE REASON WHY WE TAKE COD CHARGES IN ADVANCE
Due to a number of customers providing incorrect shipping addresses and phone numbers, which results in paying twice the shipping charge for us. Also, the product gets stuck for other interested customers in the meantime.

 

WHY WE CHARGE EXTRA FOR COD
Prepaid shipping is cheaper than COD.
The courier company charges extra for COD for cash handling charges. They have to collect the money from customers and send it to us.

 

CHARGES
Faster Processing: Prepaid orders are processed immediately upon payment, allowing faster dispatch and delivery.
PREPAID-
Prepaid Shipping is Rs. 99/- per order.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)-
COD charges are Rs. 249/- which you need to pay in advance.
For example;- Rs. 249/- advance to ship orders through the COD process + Cost of the product at the time of delivery
