To process any return, refund, or exchange request, you must record a proper unboxing video starting from the sealed package. This video helps verify:

• Missing items

• Damaged products

• Tampered packaging

⚠️ Requests without video proof will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

• Products priced under ₹299

• Items purchased during flash sales or discounts

• Used or damaged products not reported within 3 days

• Products without proper unboxing video

🔁 Return/Exchange Process

1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery with:

   • Unboxing video

   • Clear product images

   • Order ID

2. Our team will inspect the request and respond within 24–48 hours.

3. If approved, you will be asked to return the product.

4. Once received and verified, refund or exchange will be processed within 1–2 business days.
