GeneratePress Premium Theme is a digital product and is non-refundable once purchased. However, if you experience technical issues or the product does not work as advertised, we may offer assistance.

2. Request for Refund
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at cashpanda958@gmail.com with your order number and reason for refund request.

3. License Not Compatible
If the license you purchased is not compatible with your website or system, we will assist you with troubleshooting before considering a refund.

4. Installation Support
We provide limited installation support at no additional cost. If you require extended support, additional charges may apply.

5. No Refund for User Error
Refunds will not be issued for problems caused by user error, incompatible plugins, or theme customizations.

6. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.

7. Since we provide digital goods, we do not offer returns or refunds once the product is delivered. Please check before buying.
