  2. Incorrect Product: In the rare case of receiving the wrong Glooclean product variant, contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a replacement.

  4. Return (if necessary): If a return is required, we will guide you through the process and arrange for the damaged or incorrect product to be collected.

  5. Refund/Replacement: Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will either process a refund or dispatch a replacement, as per your preference.

 

Conditions for Refund/Replacement:

  1. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

  2. The refund/replacement request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  3. Any additional damages caused after delivery are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
