Return & Cancellation Policy
- All sales are final. We don’t offer returns/refunds/exchanges at the moment.
- We suggest you to make a complete unboxing video while opening the parcel as an evidence to broken goods. If the video isn’t recorded at the time of Unboxing the parcel, no missing item/damaged product shall be delivered/ replaced by us.
- Minor damages are compensated (1-2 pots) and major damages are replaced. Orders are packed with Utmost care but due to package mishandling in transit, product can be damaged sometimes.
- IF YOU RECEIVE A WRONG PRODUCT FROM US, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE SEAL OF THE PRODUCT. ONCE OPENED, THE WRONG PRODUCT SHALL NOT BE REPLACED BY US
