Faulty Item Received

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to heritagebenaras@gmail.com or whatsapp us by just clicking the button on the bottom of the page along with your order number. All you need to send a picture of the faulty item and our team will solve your problem in next 4 working hours.

Not delivered on time

  • We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our trustworthy partners and we'll make sure the date we tell you is the exact delivery date.
  • We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status.
  • We apologise for some places are not deliverable because of Covid-19 some places aren't deliverable.

Wrong size received

If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of exchanges in this case.

If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.

 I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested

The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?

Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Twitter and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship Worldwide, If you want to order from outside India you can contact us on Instagram, Whatsapp there are some delivery charges which we would take from you depending on the location you based.

What should I take care when I'm ordering from outside India?

Well we will send you but you have to take care of your customs and duties that the item needs to be paid.  

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, there will be a 1-2 day processing period followed by a 7-12 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive your items that totally depends on your location. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!  

 

May I get a tracking number?

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). You'll receive a message from our shipment partner that your order will be coming to you in some days

 

Where can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked here by entering the right order details and email address.  

 

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.  

 

How can I pay?

 

We currently accept both COD ,UPI, Credit card, debit card, and Netbanking payments! Don't worry if you have any trouble in any transaction you can directly call us.   

 

What happens if I type in the wrong address?

 If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at heritagebenaras@gmail.com & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

 

What's our Return Policy?

Yes no need to worry if you don't like the quality of our product you can simply return by just sending whatsapp message, with what you want to return from your order. This policy is only applicable for 7 days after the item is delivered.
