Your Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order on Dabbox.in and receive a refund if you do so within 5 minutes of placing the order. No specific reason is required for cancellation during this time period.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us of your decision to cancel by sending an email to dabboxindia@gmail.com within 5 minutes of placing the order. Please include your order details in the email.
Once we receive your cancellation request within the specified time frame, we will process your refund within 7 working business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Please note that this cancellation policy only applies if you cancel your order within 5 minutes of ordering on Dabbox.in. If the cancellation request is made after one hour, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
Wrong Order Received Policy
If you receive the wrong order, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please notify us immediately by contacting our customer support team and provide a clear photo of the wrong order received. We will take prompt action to rectify the situation and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

In the event that we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution or if the correct order cannot be provided, we will proceed with refunding the amount you paid for the order.
