• Processing Time:
  Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours, with possible delays during holidays or peak seasons.
  Shipping Rates:
  Prepaid shipping is Rs. 90/- for all locations within India.
  For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Rs. 250 is applicable, and customers are required to pay the COD charges in advance.

 

• Shipping Methods:
  Both prepaid and COD shipping options are available. Delivery times vary based on the customer’s location.
  In state capitals and metro cities, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
  For other localities, delivery may take up to 4 to 7 working days.

 

• International Shipping:
  For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp for further information and assistance.

 

• Order Tracking:
  Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or a WhatsApp message with the tracking details. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for the courier’s online tracking system to update the shipment status after the order is picked up. If you encounter any issues while tracking your order, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

 

• Delivery Issues:
  While we do not have specific shipping limitations, delivery times may be extended during special occasions or in certain locations. If your shipment is delayed by more than 10 days, our team will liaise with the courier partner. If the issue is not resolved within the following 2 days, you will receive a full refund.

 

• Product Issues:
  – Wrong Size or Defective Product: If you receive a product of the wrong size or one that exhibits defects not present in the originally ordered item, we will gladly facilitate a replacement.
  – Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from the one you selected and purchased, we will arrange for a replacement. Please note that providing an unboxing video of the product is mandatory for processing such claims.
