We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we invite you to review our policy on Shipping, Returns, and Refunds. Please read the following terms carefully as they apply to all orders placed with us.

Shipping

Prepaid Orders Only: All orders must be prepaid. A flat shipping fee of INR 60 applies to orders below INR 699. Orders above INR 699 enjoy Free Shipping.

Payment Methods: Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Wallets, Paytm.

Taxes: All prices (MRP or discounted) are inclusive of GST.
Delivery

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (may vary by pin code).

Make-to-Order Items: May take an additional 5–7 business days.

Courier Partners: Deliver Monday–Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays).

Express Delivery Tag Items: Typically delivered within 5–7 business days.
Notifications:

You will receive SMS/email updates with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Address changes are possible only before shipping.

Please do not share OTPs with delivery partners until you have received your package.
Note: Delays due to natural disasters or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds

Return Request Timeline: Within 72 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement: An unboxing video must be shared for smooth processing.
Refunds (Prepaid Orders)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item with original labels/tags.

Confirmation will be shared via email once the return is processed.
Replacements

Available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Requires product images or an unboxing video for validation.

Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, Store Credit will be issued.
Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please return the original item for Store Credit and place a new order.
Return Methods

Online Return (Pick-Up): Complimentary reverse pick-up is available in serviceable pin codes (up to 3 attempts).

Self-Return: If pick-up is unavailable or unsuccessful, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse.
