No Refund or Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been sold. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before making a purchase.

 

Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund in the form of credit note. To request a replacement for a damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Send an email to houseofzewar@gmail.com with the subject line "Damaged Product Replacement Request" and include your order number and a brief description of the damage.

  2. Attach Video: Attach a video of you opening the parcel to clearly show the extent of the damage. This video will help us process your request faster.

  3. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to return the damaged product and receive a replacement.

Please note that all requests for replacement due to damage must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

Refund Timeline

In cases where a refund is issued, please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to be processed after approval. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
