1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund of the product amount.

Cancellations after the 2āhour window but before shipping, are eligible for a 50% refund of the product cost.

Once the order has shipped, cancellations are not permitted. See Section 3 for returns.
2. Returnable Items

You may return items within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

Returns are not accepted for:

Undergarments, swimwear, personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)

Digital downloads, gift cards, or perishable goods

3. Return Process

Pack the item securely with the invoice, tags still attached.

Customers bear return shipping costs, except in case of faults or errors on our part.
