“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Return and Refund
We offer 15 day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects on products brought from our site. To claim the replacement warranty, please contact us on whatsapp number 99900 76600 and send following details :-

On receiving your query, the same will be replied within 3 working days for a resolution. Pls note issues like Ordered by Mistake / Someone else Ordered / Don't need the product wont be accepted. For issues attributable directly to customer, a re-stocking fee of 15% plus courier charges will be applicable.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the goods are in the unused & in original packaging and condition.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to our address, which will be communicated to you. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
