Returns and Refund Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us to get a return authorization number, and then ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
Items that are eligible for return:
- All items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition.
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
To return an item:
- Contact us to get a return authorization number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your next credit card statement. If you paid by PayPal, the refund will appear in your PayPal account.
Exceptions:
- We do not accept returns on items that have been custom-made or personalized.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been damaged by the customer.
