At IndoStore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent Refund & Return Policy to ensure you shop with complete confidence.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The request is made within 5 days of receiving the product.
The product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
Note: Items like personal care products, innerwear, or hygiene-related items are non-returnable due to safety reasons unless damaged or wrong product received.
How to Request a Return
Contact Us via WhatsApp or email within 5 days of delivery.
Provide order details and photo/video proof if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Our team will verify and guide you through the return process.
Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or ask you to ship the item back, depending on your location.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate your refund:
Refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
For COD orders, we may require bank details to issue the refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.
Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery under our return policy.
Important Notes
We reserve the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet the return conditions.
We do not offer returns for reasons like “no longer needed” or “ordered by mista
ke” unless it’s a valid product issue.
