1. White Items, Stained, and Dirty Items:

   • White items, stained, and dirty garments will not be eligible for return or replacement. We recommend customers to exercise caution while handling and trying these delicate items.

2. Damaged and Wrong Products:

   • In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us immediately, preferably within 24 hours of receiving the order. Provide us with clear proof through unboxing/unwrapping photos to expedite the necessary actions.

3. Return Window:

   • The return window is limited to 03 days from the date of product delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

4. Condition of Return:

   • For a successful return, the product must be in fresh condition, as received, including:
     • Intact tags.
     • Original packaging.
     • Copy of the purchase bill.

5. Refund Process:

   • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, the refund process will be initiated.
   • Refunds will be credited to the customer's account within 2-4 working days.
