1. Eligibility

   • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

   • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

   • Customized or personalized jewellery

3. Refund Process

   • Once approved, ship the product back to our address.

   • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product
   If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours with photos for quick replacement/refund.
