1. Shipping Coverage

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines

Metro cities: 3–5 business days.

Non-metro / Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days.

Remote areas: 7–10 business days.
⚠️ Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier disruptions). We’ll keep you updated in such cases.
4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

A standard shipping fee of ₹60–₹120 may apply for orders below ₹999, depending on location.

COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may have an additional handling charge.
5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID.

You can track your package directly via our courier partner’s website or app.
6. Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver after two attempts, the order will be returned to us.

Re-shipping will require additional delivery charges.
