You may return a product under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products.
• Products purchased under sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
• Items damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

3. Return Process

1. Initiate a Return

   • Email us at kailashaushadhibhandar@gmail.com with:
     • Your Order ID
     • Reason for the return
     • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).

2. Approval and Return Instructions

   • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back.
   • Products must be returned to the following address:
     Kailash Aushadhi Bhandar, Matbarganj, Chowk, Azamgarh, U.P.
     
     

3. Condition of Returned Items

   • Ensure that the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
   • Returns will only be processed if the product meets our eligibility criteria upon inspection.

• If your return is approved, you will receive a refund within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
