  3. Video Proof of Opening: To ensure a smooth exchange or refund process, we may request video proof of the opening of the package to verify the condition of the product upon arrival. This step helps us assess the situation accurately and serves as a security measure for both parties involved.

Once we receive and review the evidence provided, we will initiate the exchange process or issue a refund for the damaged or wrong product promptly.

 

Size Selection:

Please choose your size wisely before placing an order, as we will not be responsible for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer. We provide detailed sizing charts on our website to assist you in making informed decisions about your purchase. If you are uncertain about sizing or have any questions, please contact our customer service team for assistance before completing your order. Products that have been used, worn, or altered after purchase will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
