Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Confirmed orders will be dispatched within 24-48 Hours. Upon dispatch, you will receive tracking details via both email and SMS.

- Shipping Policy
We at Karra Origin value our customers time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as Ship rocket, Delivery, Kerry Indev & Ecom Express.
- Delivery Timeline
While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 10 - 12 working days.
- Shipping Fee within India:
- Free shipping on orders with a cart value of ₹999 or above.
- A flat ₹79 shipping fee will be charged for orders below ₹999. This shipping fee is non-refundable
- Order Cancellations:
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
We offer a hassle-free 07 days return and exchange policy. All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase.
In case of customer receives the product in a damaged condition and reports the same within 2 days of receiving their order, provided that must have proof of an unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. We will replace the items(s) free of cost.
For Returns-150 Will be deducted per order and the balance will be given as store credit (valid for 6 Months)
