Where is my order?
You can check your order status here. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. That confirmation email and all correspondence from us will go through the email that you used when you ordered, so please check that email’s inbox and spam folder.
What if I need to change my order?
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change your order after it is placed (for example, we can't change size, shipping address or combine multiple orders).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major Debit cards as well as payments through UPI,Paytm,G-pay.
Can I return or exchange something? How do I do that?

What if my items are damaged or defective?
We work hard to bring you great quality, but we know we’re not perfect. If you ever receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know at contact\ info.kicksxclusive@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of your order.
How do I exchange an Item?
We do not offer exchanges. Please follow our return process and then place a new order.
Can I receive a free return label?
We do not offer free return labels at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment once your shoes have reached the warehouse. We do not refund original shipping costs.
Can I return or exchange shoes received as a gift?
We can only offer returns if the shoes were purchased from our online store. You will receive store credit for the current selling price. Store credit for gift returns does not include return shipping fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow up to 10 business days after your return order has been received by our warehouse for your refund to be processed. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We are happy to offer you free ground shipping via USPS on all full-priced orders. Want it faster? Upgrade to express service for an additional cost (currently unavailable). Free shipping to all INDIA excludes overseas territories.
Where do you ship?
Currently, Fields Footwear only ships to addresses in the INDIA.
