Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed on the King Kones app or website, the customer has the option to cancel the order before it is accepted. 

Once the order is accepted, on the app or website, the customer will not have an option to cancel the order. If, however, the customer still wishes to cancel the order, they will need to contact the supervisor on duty at +91-8974377643.
