🔁 Returns
Items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery
The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
The product is unopened and unused (for packaged items).
Perishable items like fruits, vegetables, and dairy are not eligible for return unless damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be:
Credited to your original payment method or
Added to your KiranaCircle Wallet (based on your preference).
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after pickup.

❗Exceptions
Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, opened food items, hygiene products.
Orders placed under special discounts or clearance sales may not be eligible for return/refund unless damaged.
