Cancellation Window:

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may have already started processing your order, and cancellations will not be possible.

How to Cancel:

• WhatsApp: Send a message to our WhatsApp number +91 7602401072 with your order number and a request to cancel.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and process your refund, if applicable.

Conditions for Returns

At Knot Just Yarn, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that our handcrafted crochet creations meet the highest standards of quality. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please review our return policy below:

1. No Returns Allowed: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item received is damaged.
2. Returns for Damaged Products Only: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
3. Original Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and the packaging must not have been tampered with. Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact.

• Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Returning Damaged Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
