Please note that returns are accepted only for damaged or wrongly shipped orders, as our commitment lies in delivering products exactly as per the customer's request. Refunds are not within our policy due to the nature of our offerings – these are designer dresses meticulously crafted post-order placement for individual customers. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we cannot facilitate a return or issue a refund based on the aforementioned details.
