1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:

The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

You contact us within 3 days of delivery
Please note:
We do not accept returns for size issues on unstitched fabric or if the item has been used, stitched, or altered.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Unstitched fabric that has been cut or tailored

Sale or discounted items

Perfumes, innerwear, and hygiene-sensitive products

Customized or made-to-order items
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved:

You can choose a replacement or store credit

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method or via bank transfer

Shipping charges are non-refundable
4. Return Process
To request a return:

Contact us on WhatsApp or Email with your order number and reason for return

Provide pictures of the received item (if damaged or incorrect)

Wait for confirmation before sending the item back

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the mistake is on our end
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
