To request a return:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or Email with your order number and reason for return

  2. Provide pictures of the received item (if damaged or incorrect)

  3. Wait for confirmation before sending the item back

  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the mistake is on our end


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
