Refund Policy

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY 

• opening video is must for return or exchange
• customer needs  to contact within 2 days after receiving the parcel 
• return/exchange only allowed on defective or damaged products 
• the parcel should be intact and with proper packaging 
• customer needs to share tracking id to contact further more regarding parcel 
• no refund will be provided
• exchange can be provided with similar category or according to customer preference 
• incase of personal like or dislike with the product a customer can  ask for exchange but he/she needs to born both way shipping charges
