The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Little Kwins

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to mydukaan.io/littlekwins1, accessible from https://mydukaan.io/littlekwins1

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Exchange

We are trying our best to serve your order with the appropriate products and sizes. In case, you receive the wrong product or it doesn't fit your size, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Your pickup will be arranged by Little Kwins within 2-3 working days of your request. All products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with the original packing & tags when we receive them.

In case the order does not meet the above conditions, the exchange request will not be processed and your order will be sent back to your picked-up address.

*If the requested size is unavailable during an exchange, you can place a refund request, which will be processed according to our refund policy. No other product can be exchanged in place of the original item.

Returns

We are working hard to provide you the latest fashion at affordable rates with Best quality fabric. if you didn't like the product or it's not to your expectations, simply return it within 7 days of delivery.

We can arrange a pick-up for your return with a smooth and easy process. Just email us or WhatsApp a clear photo of the product along with your purchase details to our support number, and we’ll take care of the rest!  

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Important Points to remember:

Return request needs to be within 7 days of the delivery date.

Your Pickup will be done in 2-3 working days.

All returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and return with the original packing and tags when we receive it. Items without tags will not be accepted.

The refund is subject to your returns meet the above conditions else returns will not be accepted.

In case you receive a Damaged /Defective / Wrong / Missing product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. We request you to email us a photograph of the Damaged / Defective /Wrong / Missing product. In case you fail to inform us about the same, the return might not be processed.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

At Little Kwins, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. That’s why we’ve designed our Refund Policy to be simple, transparent, and customer-first.

Time Frame for Refund Requests

To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 48 Hours of receiving your order. After 48 Hours, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

  3. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
