Registration
By signing up to our website via OTP and making a purchase from Lloyd's Retail Enterprise  you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of sale, which apply to all transactions on www.lloydsretailenterprise.com  Signing up to the service means we must have the following information:
• Your address, including the postcode of the billing address associated with the payment card.
• Your Personal Mobile number, so we can supply you with important information such as your order confirmation and changes to lloyd's Retail Enterprise Home Delivery Policies.
Our store sells goods  on our website and are opened on all weekdays to the end user and they should not, in any way, be resold without our prior written consent. There shall be two stages of order confirmation. The first shall be the 'on screen confirmation' immediately after the payment has been received, and the second shall be an SMS to confirm your full order details. We do not hold your payment details from any previous orders. Therefore, every purchase at www.lloydsretailenterprise.com shall require new payment details entered.


Product Prices
The price of goods charged shall be as quoted on the web site at the time you confirm your order with us. Excluding any inadvertent technical error on pricing, we will honour any prices as published at the time of placing your order. In case of online payment your debit card shall only be charged for items dispatched to you. All of our items are at MRP and inclusive of all Taxes. Prices of goods do not include the delivery charge. 
Delivery

We will deliver your order to the point where the road is motorable only. However, we regret to inform you that delivery may not be possible to the hilly areas. 

We will contact you once we have received your order to arrange a convenient delivery day, time and a delivery point.

Minimum Order

You do not require minimum order for the delivery however, we shall charge maximum  ₹ 120.00  as  delivery charge and if your order is over ₹ 2,000.00 you will get free delivery.

Payment Method 

Transactions can be settled in the following ways: 

  1. Online Payment via ATM Debite Card.
  2. Internet Banking: ( Bank Details)

Cancelling an order
1. Online Payment : Once full payment has been made it will not be refunded. Therefore, customers should review the order before making full payment in case of online payment. 

2. Cash On Delivery: In case you opt for Cash on Delivery, you can immediately cancel your order if you have placed an order by mistake. 

Our refund policy

If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us immediately on 03651220856/+919436173098 We shall be happy to exchange or refund any item that has been damaged in transit. If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item that you ordered, we shall send you the correct one as soon as possible.
