• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• Items like perishable goods, intimate items, or customized products are not eligible for return.

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days, and the amount will be returned through your original payment method or another method as agreed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling

• Sale or clearance items

• Opened or used products (where hygiene is a concern)
