DELIVERY
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the fastest time span, we at MB PETROVA(www.mbpetrova.com) work with reputed e-commerce shipping partners. MB PETROVA(www.mbpetrova.com) charges a fee automatically calculated as per your Pincode for delivery charge. Our prices are all-inclusive. All taxes are included in the listed prices.
ORDER TRACKING
The complete shipping details of the order, along with the tracking number of the courier service will be sent to you via email when the order is shipped.
ARRIVAL OF ORDER Orders are dispatched at the earliest and you should receive them within 7-10 working days. Our working days are Monday to Friday, except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
REFUNDS/RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
All the items are non returnable category and there will be no refund provided for MB perfumes & Petrova products.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be returned, refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. SHIPPING OF RETURN

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please use a trackable method for return shipping, and we are not responsible for any returned items that do not make it back to our warehouse. We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at india@hertzperfumes.com.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Cancellations have to be made within a maximum of 24 hours of placing an order. A formal email specifying the order number has to be sent to us within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the order has been processed. The customer agrees that the company’s decision is final in accepting or denying the cancellation request. To cancel your order, you send us an email at india@hertzperfumes.com with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly.
PRODUCT DAMAGED CONDITION
Please send us an email at india@hertzperfumes.com with the image/photo of the invoice copy or the order number, the damaged/expiry dated products 24-48 hours after the product has been delivered to your address mentioned while filling in your details
