Replacement Orders
For replacement requests, the customer will be responsible for:

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:

Tyres that have already been fitted on a wheel

Items that have been used, either on or off-road

Products that have been altered, modified, or tampered with

Products damaged due to misuse of any kind
Return Eligibility

Only un-mounted and unused products are eligible for return.

Refunds will only be approved after a physical inspection of the returned item(s) by our team.
Return Charges
The following charges will apply to all eligible returns (except in cases where the error is on the part of mbtyres.in):

Actual cost of shipping the items back to our designated warehouse

10% Restocking Fee

2% Payment Gateway Charges
Note: If the return is due to an error by mbtyres.in, we will bear the return shipping cost.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.

Service charges (such as installation) are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of acceptance of the return or cancellation.
Warranty Claims
All products sold on mbtyres.in are 100% brand new and covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. For warranty-related queries, customers are advised to follow the manufacturer’s claim process.
