Our Policies

1. Return Policy: Products (henceforth denoting all items purchased from the website) once sold cannot be returned/exchanged, except in cases where damage to the products have occurred while being shipped by the courier, in which case an unboxing video needs to be provided as proof. 
2. Cancellation Policy: No cancellation of orders is accepted. 
3. Delivery Liability Policy: Mizrab does not take the liability of delivery of products after they have been shipped with the courier. Delivery liability lies solely with the courier and the customer once shipped. 
4. Data Collection Policy: We value your privacy and hereby pledge not to use any data collected from you for delivery or contacting purposes in any commercial manner, or to hand them to any third-party for other innocent/malicious intent.
