Shipping

Shipping for online orders is currently limited to specific pin-codes in India. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within 5 business days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and Courier Company shipment delivery norms.  We ensure the products are delivered within 7 business days from order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be shipped to the shipping address as mentioned during the Checkout. Please note Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as business days for deliveries & order processing.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations.

Modes of Payment

For shipping to India we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Master, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks. Currently, We are not accepting COD orders (Cash on Delivery) for now.

Returns & Replacement Policy

All products can be exchanged for a change in size or if it is a damaged product. The cost of sending the product to our Bangalore showroom for exchange and return to the customers address will be borne by the customer.

The items will be exchanged PROVIDED

1. The product is returned unused.
2. The product is accompanied by the original invoice, packing, labels, etc.,
3. The product is received by us in re-saleable condition. (So please use a proper courier service). 
4. Product is returned in original packaging with no damages, grease or stains on the products as well as the original packaging
5. The product must be sent to us within 7 days of its delivery.

Products not received in the above condition will not be exchanged. We will ship the item for exchange to you (within India).

Any product can only be exchanged for size. If the required size is unavailable in a particular model, then the customer can choose from available models or wait till the size in the ordered model becomes available. An exchange is not possible for accessories. No refunds will be made under any circumstances.

NOTE:

1. Items on sale/offers/closeout cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
2. Operations of Courier Companies are not in our control and we can’t be held responsible for delays. However, we assure you that we tried to get the order delivered to you at the earliest.
