When We Offer Refunds or Replacements
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Proof (photo/video) must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.
• Used candles are non-returnable.
How to Request a Refund

3. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or process your refund/store credit
