Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled only before payment has been completed.

• Once payment has been confirmed, your order immediately enters processing and cannot be canceled.

Returns

• The product arrived incomplete or was significantly different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage

• Clearance or final sale items

• Orders where the customer selected the wrong product or changed their mind

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• If a return is approved because of our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
