What happens if the ordered product is not available?
Delivery of certain items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as the product is out of stock. In such cases, a similar product, nearest to the description shall be delivered. Conformance would be sought from the customer for the same through email\WhatsApp.

What happens if there is no one at the delivery address during delivery?
If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made. Our logistic partner will call you and based on your availability will deliver the order. 

What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery in the same city will be 1-2 days. Delivery for the metropolitan cities will be 3 - 5 business days. The delivery for other regional areas will be 5 - 7 business days. A business day does not include Saturdays and Sundays. 
 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

If you choose Cash on Delivery as the payment method then Rs. 50 will be charged as a collection fee.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hrs. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed logistics partners.

How to track my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment tracking details by SMS and email. Then you can track your shipment through respective logistics partners.

What are the available refund options?
If Nikhla Foods is unable to deliver your prepaid order, then a complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress, or any other liability, etc. caused due to non-delivery.
We do not take responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the vendors because of bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances. However, for such orders, we refund 100% of your money.
