“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
"Products" refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your Order within 24 hours of placing it, or before the Order is dispatched, whichever comes first. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at support@vfresh.com.pk We will confirm the cancellation and refund you the full amount paid for the Order.
Conditions for Returns
for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The products were purchased in the last 24 hours
- The products are not damaged or spoiled
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
