Delivery Terms
Prepaid Orders above ₹ 699/- from Mapusa city are eligible for home delivery.
All COD orders and prepaid orders below ₹ 699/- will be charged ₹ 50/- extra for delivery.
Our person will call you before delivering the order.
Our website is integrated with WhatsApp. We have included 4 step messaging for your convenience.
- Step 1 – Once order is placed, the Customer will receive an Order Successful message.
- Step 2 – When we here receive the order, we review the order and confirm the 2order. You will receive Order Accepted Message.
- Step 3 – When our delivery person leaves for delivery, You will receive Order Shipped message. Please note that our delivery person delivers many orders at a time so he might take time to come at your place.
- Step 4 – Once the order is delivered customer receives the final Order Delivered message. Bill will also be attached to the same message in PDF format.
Payment
When customer pay’s online, we don’t receive the money immediately. We receive the money only when we deliver the order. For any reason, if the delivery fails, the customer will receive the refund to the same bank account or wallet he had paid from. Refund at times might take time as per the payment gateway rules.
Returns
If any item is faulty, it has to be immediately brought to our notice within 1 day of sale. The faulty item has to be returned at the Mapusa shop. Please note that, the delivery person only delivers the items, he doesn’t take any returns.
