Refund & Exchange

Dear MEHER HANDLOOM customer,

 If you are considering a product return, please note the following:-

*Unevenness in weaves, prints in fabrics and slight variation in colour of saree

*Loose threads on the backside of saree and pallu 

*Pin marks on the border of the saree

 These are the typical characteristics of a pure handloom products and not considered as damage or defective but as an inherent characteristic making these sarees/fabrics unique 

Cancellation policy :-

You may change or cancel your order if it is not yet processed 

To do so please email us at support@meherhandloom.com with your order no and request or u can watsapp on 9439090142

Please provide us a valid reason for cancellation to serve you better.

Refund/Exchange policy :-

We accept Return/Exchange only if wrong product or damaged product is delivered. The product need to be unused and unsoiled condition with original folds(sarees) and price tag intact.

Customer need to email/watsapp us the clear picture of the product within 48 hours from the order receipt, mentioning order no in the subject line to help us quickly process your request

Once you return initiate please intimate us the tracking no. and courier details

Customer need to fold and pack the product neatly in the package and courier the product to the below address by a safe courier service 

MEHER HANDLOOM, OVER BRIDGE, FATAK, SAMBALPUR, ODISHA-768004

Refund will be processed within 7 business days of the receipt of product

*Exchange/refund policy is not applicable for fabrics

*International orders cannot be returned/exchanged  due to certain custom duty norms and policies of each country
