We use a combination of the reliable carriers to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

 

A complete postal address including pin code, email id and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order

 

Dispatch date: Orders will be shipped right away after being harvested to ensure freshness. You can select your harvesting date range which is provided against each product. Harvesting will be done keeping in mind the condition of the orchard and state of the fruit so that the best pieces are plucked for your consumption.  

 

Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.

 

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered in 3-7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

 

Delivery Costs: Delivery costs up to Rs. 250 will be applicable depending upon your location

 

Damaged or Missing Items: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss that may occur during shipment, and we strongly recommend that you inspect your order upon receipt.
