product is received in a damaged condition. To support any claim for a damaged product, an unboxing video
is mandatory.

- "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Website.
- "Orders" means a request made by you to purchase Goods from Us.

- "You" means the individual or entity accessing or using the Website or purchasing from Us.
Return and Refund Eligibility
We only accept returns or issue refunds if the product is delivered in a damaged condition.
To process such requests:
- You must record a full unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened for the first time.
Return and Refund Policy
- The video should be unedited, continuous, and start before the package is opened.
- Claims made without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
Returning Damaged Goods
If your item was delivered damaged and you have the required unboxing video:
- You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once verified, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement based on availability.
- You are responsible for safely returning the damaged item to:

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not liable for return shipments that
are lost or damaged in transit.
Exclusions
Please note the following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Perishable items or those with a short shelf life.
- Items unsealed or used, especially those not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
- Items mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery.
