Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order before we accept your order online (Note:- We accept your orders online after 10 Hours only for Cash On Delivery (COD) but Paid orders get Automaticaly accepted by our system) or you can also message us on our Whatsapp No. 7905941644 by just simply telling us your order ID and Name.

Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns: You can initiate a return within 07 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that have been personalized or custom-made may not be eligible for return.
1.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Message us your Order ID and name on our given Email or Whatapp No.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
1.3 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend use India Post "Parcel Post method" for shipping to ensure the item reaches us safely. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will pay shipping cost to the customer but amount should be equivalent to the India Post "Parcel Post Method".

वापसी के लिए पात्र नहीं हो सकते हैं।

1.3 रिटर्न शिपिंग: ग्राहक रिटर्न शिपिंग
के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। हम शिपिंग के
लिए इंडिया पोस्ट "पार्सल पोस्ट विधि"
का उपयोग करने की सलाह देते हैं ताकि
यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि आइटम हम
तक सुरक्षित रूप से पहुंचे। यदि रिटर्न
दोषपूर्ण या गलत वस्तु के कारण होता है,
तो हम ग्राहक को शिपिंग लागत का भुगतान
करेंगे, लेकिन राशि भारतीय डाक "पार्सल
पोस्ट विधि" के बराबर होनी चाहिए।
