• Receive a tracking number via email upon shipment.

• Unforeseen circumstances like that mosshead getting lost while delivering may cause delays; appreciate your understanding.

REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your interest in products. Please carefully review the following refund policy before placing your order.

1. Non-Refundable: All purchases of our keyboard stickers are non-refundable. We kindly request that you thoroughly examine the product details before making a  purchase.

2. Delicate Product: Our keyboard stickers are delicate and require careful handling during application and removal. We recommend exercising caution to prevent any damage. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during the application or removal process.

3. Shipping Damages: While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order, unforeseen circumstances during transit may result in damages. In the event that your product arrives damaged such as it is torn, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package with supporting proof while unpacking the product (photographs/videos). However, please note that we do not offer refunds for products damaged during shipping.

4. Delivery Responsibilty and Re-Shipping Charges: We outsource our shipping to a reliable courier service to ensure smooth product delivery. As a valued customer, it is your responsibility to provide accurate address details, including pin code, landmark, house number, flat number,phone number,email id and other relevant information. Additionally, it is crucial that you are available to receive the delivery and respond to any communication from the delivery personnel. Feel free to contact the courier services to track your shipment and avoid any delivery issues.

5. If, for any reason, the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information provided by you or your unavailability, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-shipping charges will be applicable, and the order will not be eligible for a refund. To prevent any inconvenience, kindly double-check and provide correct information during checkout, and ensure your availability to receive the product promptly. Your cooperation in this matter will help us deliver your favorite anime stickers seamlessly.
