EXCHANGE POLICY

If there are any issues with your product, you can raise a  replacement request within 3 days of receiving the product.

Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:

Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, product's original packaging, freebies, and accessories)
The product should be in unused, undamaged, and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears, or holes
Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped within 24 hours of order placing and delivery happens within 5-7 days.

There is no returns/ refund after purchase only exchange available. for a product, an exchange opening video is mandatory for us to action on it .

To exchange your product, please mail us at custmersuportpatankarfab@gmail.com exchange are requested accepted within 3  days of delivery.  Customers will be charged RS 100 for product returns

You may choose to exchange the purchased item for the reason of size mismatch or in case you wish to buy some other item only once per order. However, if the desired size or item is not available at that moment, the amount would be refunded in form of "PATANKAR FAB " which could be used in the future within a time span of 3 months from the date of issue.
