Return Policy (Pearls Toys )

  1. Item condition: All items must be returned in unused, unworn, original condition with tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original condition with packaging and tags. We will not accept items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges.
  2. Products purchased during the sale period / discounted pricing are not eligible for returns.
  3. Reverse pick up: We offer a pick-up facility in select locations based on our courier serviceability. We will pick up the return within 3-5 business days from the request approval date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup. If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of approval of the return request.
  4. Refunds: Post receipt of the return package, it will undergo a quality inspection, and we will issue a refund within 7 days if it passes our inspection process.
  5. In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write "Received Damaged "on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.
  6. For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. You can do so by clicking on 'Return' under the 'My Orders' section of the storefront and share images of the itemsreceived. Please share images of the defective/wrong items for us to resolve the issue. Note -
  7. You need to share a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures
  8. Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red
  9. You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.
  10. In case you face any difficulties in following this process, kindly get in touch with us.
  11. Any such complaint raised after 23 hours of receiving the order may not be considered
