Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Prabhat Ayurvedic Pharmacy. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@prabhatayurvedicpharmacy.in and send your item to:

Orders aboveRs. 500 will qualify for free shipping. IN case you choose COD there will be an additional charge.
