Returns, Replacement & Cancellation

As all Diwali Faral items are perishable food products, returns and exchanges are not accepted once dispatched. Cancellation requests will only be accepted within 6 hours of placing the order and before dispatch. In case of damaged or defective items upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and order details for review. Refunds or replacements (if approved) will be processed within 7 working days.
